Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-11
These terms explain the rules for using axocoin.site and the tools on it (together, the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it. We wrote this in plain English on purpose, but it is still a real agreement.
1. What the Site is
The Site is a set of interfaces to on-chain software: the $AXO token on Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663), swap (bonding curve), a cross-chain bridge, liquidity pools, Solana launchpads (AXO Express and AXO SURGE), a Robinhood Chain launchpad (Pons), NFT trading cards and a marketplace, a battle arena. The Site is a front end. The smart contracts and networks it talks to run on their own, and some belong to third parties.
2. Non-custodial: you hold your keys
- We never hold your funds, tokens, NFTs or private keys.
- You connect your own wallet (MetaMask, Phantom, etc.). Every transaction is signed inside your wallet, and nothing happens without your approval.
- We never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Anyone who does, even if they claim to be us, is a scammer.
- You are fully responsible for your wallet, your backups, and the transactions you sign. Blockchain transactions are final. We cannot reverse them, refund them or recover lost access.
3. No financial advice
Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. $AXO and other tokens are created for entertainment. They have no intrinsic value and no promised return. Crypto is high-risk: prices swing wildly and can go to zero. Only use money you can afford to lose, and do your own research.
4. Risks you accept
- Smart contract bugs. Code can have errors or be exploited, even if reviewed. Funds can be lost permanently.
- Bonding curves. On the swap and launchpads, price is set by a formula and moves with every buy and sell. Early or late entry can mean large gains or losses, and you may not be able to sell at the price you expect.
- Liquidity pools. Providing liquidity can lose value compared to just holding the tokens (impermanent loss), and pool tokens can fall to nearly nothing.
- Bridges. Our bridge uses a third-party service (Relay). Bridging relies on its contracts, solvers and the networks on both ends. Transfers can be delayed, fail, or be lost. We don't control Relay.
- Slippage and front-running. The price you get may differ from the quote, especially in fast or thin markets.
- Launchpad tokens. Tokens created by other users are not made, checked or endorsed by us. Many are scams or worthless. Check what you buy.
- Networks and wallets. Congestion, outages, RPC errors, wallet bugs and chain reorganisations can all affect your transactions.
- NFT cards and battles. Card values and game results are uncertain, and the items have no guaranteed value.
5. Fees
Fees (protocol fees, creator fees, network gas, third-party bridge fees) are shown on each page before you confirm a transaction. Network gas goes to the network, not to us. Please read the numbers in your wallet before you sign.
6. Who can use the Site
- You must be 18 or older, and old enough to make a binding contract where you live.
- You are responsible for following the laws of your country or region. Some places restrict or ban crypto, token trading, or games with value. If using the Site is not legal for you, don't use it.
- Don't use the Site if you are subject to sanctions or otherwise barred from using such services.
7. What you must not do
- Use the Site for anything unlawful, including fraud, scams, money laundering or sanctions evasion.
- Launch tokens or list items that impersonate others, infringe rights, or aim to deceive buyers.
- Exploit bugs or flaws in the Site or contracts for gain, attack or overload the Site, or interfere with other users. If you find a bug, report it to us instead (see Contact), and don't exploit it.
- Use bots or tools to manipulate games or markets in ways the Site does not allow.
8. No guarantees; we can change things
The Site is provided as-is and as-available. We don't promise it will be online, accurate, error-free or secure, or that any price, quote, balance, market data or feature will be available. Displayed data comes partly from third parties and can be wrong or late. We may change, pause or remove any feature, page or contract interface at any time, with or without notice. On-chain contracts that are already deployed may keep running without the Site.
9. Third-party services
The Site relies on third parties such as Relay, RPC providers, wallet software, and market data services. We are not responsible for them, and their own terms and policies apply when you use them.
10. Limitation of liability
The Site and everything on it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent the law allows, AXO and the people behind it are not liable for any loss or damage from your use of the Site, including lost funds, lost profits, failed or stuck transactions, hacks, contract bugs, third-party failures, or downtime. You use the Site at your own risk. Where the law does not allow a limit, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits.
11. Your responsibility
You agree to cover claims and costs that come from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the Site, as far as the law allows.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Site after an update, you accept it.
